SURVEILLANCE Surveillance is a tool that requires both patience and the right technique. Surveillance is primarily thought of in Worker’s Compensation and matrimonial cases. However, surveillance may be useful in a variety of case types, including establishing that a plaintiff was not injured to the extent as alleged in the complaint. Surveillance may also be useful in identifying potential witnesses that would otherwise not be identified.
